If you are a business owner and you feel a member of your team could benefit from attending some excel training courses then its important you understand a few things before you make a purchase.
One of the most important factors (and often overlooked) is the assessment of the delegates level of knowledge. Their is no point in spending over $300 for an advanced Excel course when your member of staff (the delegate) is at a basic level and would be more suited to a introduction course.
This of course goes two ways, what’s the point in sending an Excel professional to a basic excel course? None, they would always be more suited to an advanced excel training class.
It is always important for the employer to judge what level the delegate is at in order for them and the company to get the maximum benefits from the excel course.
