It’s official, I have a new favorite baking site!  It’s called Shaped Cake Pans (http://shapedcakepans.net) and it has a wealth of information about baking cakes and decorating shaped cakes.  The information is displayed in a matter that just about anyone who reads it will easily understand, there is no restaurant or bakery jargon – just plain English that we all can read and understand.  There is also an entire section dedicated to reviewing and offering baking tips for almost every shaped cake pan currently on the market.  The site also has a store that allows you to purchase all of the cake pans at a great price and most have free shipping.  It really doesn’t get much better than that when it comes to baking shaped cakes!
