Upper Body Training When Away From The Gym

When you have your gym nearby, you have no problem maintaining you training routine.
What do you do when you are away from home and do not have access to a gym.
You may be away with work or on vacation and a gym is not always going to be available.
How can you train your upper body when you can’t get to a gym to do Bench presses etc.
Say hello to the Push up.
The push up requires no equipment, all you need is some space to lie down.
With your body weight resting on your toes and hands, facing downwards, lower you body towards the ground until you are a couple of inches from the ground. Pause for a second and push your body away from the ground, extending (but not locking) your arms.
That’s one push up, you would complete the desired number of repetitions and sets. To build muscular endurance and strength, aim for 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
No you know how to work the upper body when you don’t have access to a gym. The Push up is an incredibly simple yet effective upper body exercise.
No more excuses for letting your training routine slip while your away.
