Many times you can draw the dress you want and they can make it. They can provide a measurement chart to show you exactly what measurements they need. You can pick the fabric, style, whatever. They can decorate it with beads and or lace, or you can do it yourself. A cheap wedding dress is a frugal wedding option worth looking into.
