Before you get yourself started with the overhead Kettlebell press and walk, make sure that a Kettlebell that is moderately heavy is available, as well as a flat open space where you can freely move and do the routine. While swinging the Kettlebell, make sure that you let your forearm to rotate so it can be at thumbs down position. As the bell go down swing it again and let your forearm rotate so that your palms are facing down. There are also many of different exercises to do on a pull up bar so that you can always a an exercise or two whenever you change up your workout sessions. If you are not seeing the desired muscle growth from your workouts then you probably are either not working your muscles hard enough or you are not consuming enough protein for your muscles to grow. You can buy protein shakes or you can eat more meat but it might interfere with your diet plan. Eating meat is good but it may be better going with the shakes.
