You really should get into culiary arts now.  In what other field do you have so much variety without completely having to change your career?  If you like fine dining do fine dining.  Then when you can’t stand the industry anymore start up a vacation restaurant on the beach, a little dancing, nice drinks, happier people.  It’s the same business, you’re cooking food to make your customers happy then you can afford to make for a price they are willing to pay.  Once you get the business model and your mind set down you can repeat your success in any environment you like.  It’s not like if you’re a flight attendant you can be an office assistant, but your job skills just don’t transfer over as nicely.
