I love taking trips to Cuba. There is something magical about the island because it is where my husband and I were married 10 years ago. I like to stay at any of the Cayo Santa Maria Hotels. I know the service and facilities will be excellent. I love the fact that I am on vacation and I feel like I am totally isolated from the rest of the world in my own paradise. I usually get a room in one of the hotels that is right on the beach. I love to be able to swim first thing in the morning. I find if I get up early enough I have the beach to myself, not another soul in sight, and I can swim until I am exhausted.
