Where Can I Hunt Black Bear In Oklahoma?

I just found out that there will be an Oklahoma Bear Season this fall. Does anyone have an idea where I can go? I use to hunt deer near Red Oak but I’m not sure if there is a season in that county or not.  Is there any public hunting for black bear? Since I love to camp, I would like to find a place where I can set up camp and hunt from there. I also understand that the license fees are pretty pricey so I want to make sure that I have a decent chance of getting a bear. Are there any Deer or Bear hunting leases available in that part of Oklahoma? I’m really excited about going and I can hardly wait!

Small Camping Chairs

For the campers who walk long distances before setting up camp, a small camping chair is the thing to buy. This kind of chair is often referred to as camping stools. They come in a few different forms and shapes. The most used designs are the chairs with four and the ones with three legs. Usually the chairs are made without a back support.

The chairs with four legs were traditionally the most used kind of camping stools. I remember that we had several of these when I was a kid. The problem with them is that they take a lot of space, even when they are folded. In recent years the stools with three legs have almost completely taken over. These are the chairs that we often refer to as tripods. They can be folded into very small sizes, and therefore they are much easier to bring on long walks.

Buying Good Camping Chairs

It’s easy to become lost when you’re in the market to buy camping chairs. There are a lot of different brands and styles of chairs, and who really knows what to look for? Is comfort the most important thing? Do I need a footrest? What about a canopy? Should I go with a lightweight chair?

Here’s what you need to know about buying a camping chair. First off, buy a name brand chair from a reputable company. Sure, it might cost a bit more, but the better quality will last you for years. Second, buy a lightweight chair if you’re going backpacking. Otherwise get the most comfortable chair you can find. Lastly, don’t worry too much about the bells and whistles. Canopies and footrests are nice, but they’re ultimately not that important.

Pop Up Campers are Affordable

Family camping can be one of the joys of childhood. Many people however, think that they cannot become campers for a number of reasons. Maybe they think their car is not strong enough to pull a camper, or maybe they think that a new camper is too expensive. Other concerns such as cost of fuel, not knowing how to use the systems in a camper, and fear of the unknown are also reasons that people are afraid to purchase and use a camper. There is a solution to most of these problems. It is a pop up camper. Pop up campers, or pop-ups as they are commonly called, are relatively inexpensive, simple to use and very light for towing. Modern pop up campers often contain all the luxuries of much larger and more expensive campers. Items such as stoves, fridges, air conditioners, furnaces, and hot running water are often standard features on pop up campers today. I encourage you to do some research into pop up campers, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how economical and affordable they really are.
