Are Boys Getting As Selective As Girls?
Posted by GuestPoster in Clothing on June 18th, 2010
When it comes to boys clothing, the boys are getting more and more selective. For only ten years ago, it didn’t really matter to the boys what the clothes looked like. Today it is totally different. The boys are using clothes to show who they are. They are identifying themselves with their clothes.
Usually the parents could buy a plain colored t-shirt or a t-shirt with a car motive or sports motive and everything was ok. Today that is not possible. The boys want colors. Not only the usual colors blue, black and green. They want yellow, pink, red and so on. This is totally new on the market for boys clothing.
But, plain colors are still attractive to certain boys. Nonetheless, t-shirts with abstract designs as Gaudy or pop are getting growingly interesting for boys.
When choosing boys clothes it is advisable to choose easy washable clothes. Since boys playing are getting dirty easy, it would be causing you a lot of trouble buying something that can’t be washed easily. Another tip is to buy durable clothes. Rough play needs durable clothing, else you will probably have to replace the clothes quite soon.
When buying underwear it is important to remember that underwear should be able to keep the body warm and to remove any moisture from the body. If it can’t remove the moisture it will be very uncomfortable for the child. Therefore, you should never choose underwear made of nylon. Nylon will easily overheat the boy and cause him to sweat. Since nylon can’t transport the sweat away, the boy will probably not want to use those underwear anymore.
Infant boys need clothes that are keeping them warm and dry. That are the most important functions of baby clothes. Most parents want cute baby clothes, but they should nontheless remember that the child should stay warm and dry.
