Finding Discipline Through A Teen Boot Camp
Posted by Nancy Tolman in Education on July 2nd, 2009
Watching TV one day a talk show was based on troubled teens. They were having teens that would go out at night do drugs, drink, and have sex. The parents who came on the show were crying and didn’t know what to do. When the teen came on though, it was obvious that discipline was completely missing. So the show sent those teens to boot camp.
A teen boot camp is supposed to bring about discipline and responsibility to a teen who is troubled. Or simply a teen who is a complete brat that their parents don’t know how to fix it. These teens have not an ounce of respect for their parents and show it all the time. The camps help them to learn discipline and to learn how much their parents have done for them. They often also educate them as some of these camps have legit educational systems that are the equivalent to high school.
