Rojales on the Costa Blanca


Rojales Spain is a stunning town in south east region of the country. This town has a population of 15,987(as of 2006) and is positioned in inland part from the coastal area of Guarda Segura. As one of the municipalities of Alicante, this place was once an agricultural town way back from its history. It is because the place has perfect quality of being an agricultural land and also due to its natural resources like rivers, it is the perfect place for the crops of the region to grow. Right now the main source of revenue of this place is simply by tourism though some parts of the town are still reserved for farming and agriculture.

Getting to Rojales is so effortless; it is just 16 miles away or a 35 minute drive from Alicante airport. Another alternate route is from Murcia (San Javier) which is just about 35 miles away from the town. Alicante City is the capital city of the province. Because of its preserved cultural interests, this place is flocked by tourists especially during summer months where most tourists find the best weather to roam around. The place is to be found in the Costa Blanca region where excellent beaches tourist attractions are plenty

Hopping from town to town is simply the best idea for you to see the stunning resources that are available here. There are plenty of towns like Guardamar, Elche Spain , Torrevieja, Benidorm, and in contrast Rojales Alicante has a slow and steady tempo of living. Tourists can roam from the streets only to find quiet and peaceful place good for relaxation and romantic moments. Roaming the streets is also great since there are restaurants and cafes that serve beer or wine and some of the best tapas in the area. Most foods here are resemblance of Spanish, German, English, Dutch and Hungarian recipes, the Spanish cuisine being amongst the best. The town of Rojales really has a combination of the modern style and the historical cultural style.
