This is the exact opposite of what people who are trying to lose weight quickly seek to achieve.
There is no shortcut to losing weight. The simple fact is the only way to loose weight is to exercise and eat smaller portions. This takes time but is highly effective. Loosing weight quickly is better measured in months rather than weeks.
Though this is not the exact definition of quickly, it is the proven and most effective way to date. There are many failures with quick weight loss diets, but there is nothing but success in a determined long term exercise and sensible diet plan.
