High Quality Juicer Makes A Difference


The second half of ensuring your juicer recipes result in quality juice is the quality of the juicer itself. Using fresh and organic fruits and vegetables can only take you so far. It will keep out the toxins that are detrimental to your health but the effectiveness of the nutrients and enzymes contained in the juice depends on the juicers ability to liquefy the produce.

OrangesA good juicer should operate at as slow a speed as possible. This is to ensure that there is minimal heat generated by the blades which otherwise would partially cook the ingredients. Any food suffers from alterations to its chemical composition when cooked with heat to varying degrees and juice is no exception.  The nutrients and minerals could also suffer from impact shock that would also alter the chemical structure and thus reducing the health benefits that would have been gained if those vital nutrients were in its natural state. The bottom line is that you want a good juicer that does not alter the juice and all the health benefits that come with it consuming highly concentrated vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.
