Many of us in this country are quite lucky. We have no problem putting a roof over or heads or feeding our children. But, not all American families are so lucky. Many of them struggle just to meet basic necessities and can’t quite make ends meat. The needs for these families are endless. It’s a tough life when you can give your children everything you want.
Some families can’t even afford to feed their children three meals a day much less provide a healthy diet for children. They feed their kids foods low in nutrients or the kids skip meals at home in order for the families to manage. It’s hard to believe in this country that some kids go hungry, but many kids do go hungry. Some kids only get healthy meals when they’re at school and go without or eat only junk when they’re at home. It’s a serious need in this country today.
Families with single mothers as the head of household are especially in need. It’s important to think about hot to provide help for single mothers as a society. It’s a group that needs more help. These mothers must not only feed and cloth their kids but also have to take care of the house and of the chidlren’s school work and emotional needs. It’s beyond a tough job. These moms need so much more help and we need to step up as a country and as individuals to help them.
Some families can’t afford proper health care. It’s a serious problem, and not just for those living in poverty, but for middle class families. Health care is expensive and getting access to it can be a challenge. Without proper health care, families struggle and kids don’t thrive. They miss doctor’s appointments and don’t get to see the doctor when seriously ill.

Everybody wants be the cool kid in town. If you’ve been watching TV you’ve probably seen the latest Huggies commercial on denim diapers.
Kimberly-Clark is the company behind a new product launch called the denim diaper jeans. The denim diapers have a lacey blue checkered denim pattern. These are wonderful if you are trying to make bold fashion statements for young toddlers and moms.
The diapers are not made out of fabric but rather they are made out of the same material as regular plastic diapers. The new commercial can be found on YouTube if you want to see for yourself. This reminds me of the old CK ads with Kate Moss. Perhaps, this will be the biggest breakthrough yet in diaper history no, pun intended.
I’m not sure why this wasn’t thought of earlier, now that I think about it. I’m surprised that high-end boutiques in Beverly Hills have never tried this fashion idea before.
I’m guessing very soon all the otherdiaper makers will have copycats, as well. I don’t know how much they are spending, but I suspect that Kimberly-Clark is spending a large amount to advertise its new product. This ad has been repeated all over primetime cable television.
