Looking for a better skin care regimen?  Consider the ancient practice of dry skin brushing.  This practice involves the use of a dry skin brush prior to bathing to stimulate and exfoliate the body’s skin cells.  Regular use of a skin brush aids in increasing the circulation and detoxifying the body.  As the skin is the largest organ in the body responsible for a large percentage of daily toxin removal, it is important to maintain healthy skin.  Using a dry skin brush daily will provide visible and invisible improvements in how you look and feel each day.  When choosing a dry skin brush, be sure to look for brushes that use only all-natural plant based fibers.  Synthetic brushes do not work well for this technique.
