If you want to shed pounds very quickly then you need a fast diet that can really bring results fast. The best way to do this is to maximize two ideas that are central to weight loss:
1) Eat less, and
2) Exercise more.
If you make it more complicated than this then your fast diet will not be as effective. Now here is how to do these two things to bring good results:
1) Do not eat any food for 3 days straight. Drink juice with no pulp in it instead, and
2) Get at least one hour of exercise each day, including the day before you start the juice fast. Walking is fine.
